Mestral is a boat rental company and nautical school based in Ciutadella, Menorca, operating since 1998. The company offers rentals of modern and traditional motorboats, private skipper-led excursions and nautical training (school since 2017, preparing for the Spanish Licencia de Navegación). All vessels are equipped with Garmin electronics (GPS‑sonar‑plotter with navigational charts) and digital fuel meters; fuel is charged on return at the marina pump price with no hidden fees. If a customer does not hold a navigation license, they can hire a professional skipper as an extra (7-hour option when renting) or book a 4-hour excursion with skipper included. Bookings are only accepted through the company’s website or at the Ciutadella port office.
